All No-Clik tools — including source code, design, functionality, branding, and associated materials — are the exclusive proprietary property of No-Clik LLC. All rights reserved.
Free Tier. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the free features of any No-Clik tool for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to any usage limits in effect.
Pro Tier. Upon purchasing a valid Pro license or subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the full features of the relevant tool on one device for personal use.
Pro licenses and subscriptions are not transferable. Sharing, reselling, or distributing access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
Payments are processed through Gumroad (extensions) or Stripe (web tools). We offer a 7-day refund policy on all purchases, provided access has not been misused or shared. Refund requests after 7 days are at our discretion. Email support@no-clik.com to request a refund.
THE TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE TOOLS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL WEBSITES OR BROWSERS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OUR TOOLS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 4.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Ohio.
